Single-layer tabletting

Feeding and filling
Medicinal ingredients, in the form of powder or granules, are introduced into the feeding system of the single-station tablet press and then filled into the mold.
Tableting
After filling, pressure is applied to compress the medicinal ingredients into solid tablets. This tabletting process is typically completed at a single workstation.
Ejection
The formed tablets are ejected from the mold, ready for the next tablet production cycle.
