Anticorrosion measurement for blast furnace gas pipeline
The pipeline material is advised to use ND, NSI or B485NL steel. And material selection of the corrugated bellows expansion joint should in accordance with working conditions.
1.Anticorrosion measurement for pipeline between furnace top to TRT
Because of high temperature and high pressure, the corrugated bellows expansion joint material is advised to use Inocoloy825 or 254SMo.
2.Anticorrosion measurement for pipeline behind TRT and diffusion pipeline
Because of low temperature and low pressure, the corrugated bellows expansion joint material is advised to use Inocoloy825 or 254SMo. When the concentration of F-1. NH4-1 is high, use 254SMo or Inocoloy825 with PTFE lining.
3.Anticorrosion measurement for hot air furnace flue pipeline.
If use blast furnace or blast furnace mixed gas, the corrugated bellows expansion joint material should be Inocoloy825 or 254SMo.
4.Anticorrosion measurement for main and branch pipeline.
If use blast furnace gas or blast furnace mixed gas or air heater, the corrugated bellows expansion joint material should be Inocoloy825 or 254SMo. If use single coke oven, the material can be stainless steel 321 or 316L.
Anticorrosion measurement for sintering flue gas pipeline
Sintering gas is low working pressure, high pressure. When NH4+ and F-1 has low content, the material of corrugated bellows should be 254SMo or Incoloy825. If the content of NO4- and F-1 is high, it should choose Incoloy625 material. When working temperature is lower than 300℃, the bellows can be lined with PTFE.
