China has input a great energy in environment protection domain, the 13th Five Year Plan also clearly put forward the environmental protection concept and specific implement requirements. Human beings have a higher living environment requirements along with the changing environment. At the same time, it stimulated the unprecedented prosperity of electronic lab instruments.
At present, China environmental protection projects are mainly lead by government and state-owned enterprises. Recently government and sate-owned enterprises have more debts and payment time is longer, meanwhile some of them use PPP model, that gives a high financing pressure and debt pressure for various environmental protection companies. What’s more, there has regional protectionism tendency of environmental protection business, which is difficult to expand business in nationwide. However, not all environmental protection industry suffers a lot from that, such as electronic lab equipments used for detection and supervision in environmental protection industry. Although electronic lab equipments is protected by nation policy, it doesn’t belong to engineering properties, there has no financial pressure and regional protection risk.
Electronic Lab Equipments---Heating Mantle
Seen from market, China’s electronic lab equipments begins to take shape. China’s electronic lab instruments should seize the opportunity and make appropriate adjustments. Henan Lanphan thinks that knowing some using skills of electronic lab equipments is necessary under the new situation. It’s easily to electromagnetic interference when using electronic lab equipments, that will influence the measurement accuracy of electronic lab instruments. So how to prevent the electromagnetic interference of electronic lab instruments? There are three methods: shield, smoothing and ground connection.
1.Shield. Shield is used for weaken the penetrating of electromagnetic field. In electronic lab instruments, the arrangement of electronic components always restricted by volume, so it often uses low-resistance metal material or magnetic material to seal.
2.Smoothing. Smoothing can restrain the conducted interference of electromagnetism. When design electromagnetic compatibility of electronic lab equipments, smoothing features must be considered: frequency, nominal voltage, rated current, leakage current, insulation resistance, temperature, size and so on.
3.Ground connection. In electronic lab instruments, the purpose of ground connection is make the interference current which caused by equipment itself flow into ground, generally used for restrain of conducted interference.
