rotary vane vacuum pump noise
Several reasons that why rotary vane vacuum pump has noises during operation:
1.Rotary vane crash caused by spring breakage;
2.Rotor operating grating caused by incorrect installation;
3.Accessories has burr. Pump chamber deformation cause operation noise;
4.Poor lubrication cause abnormal noise;
5.Inner bearing is lack of oil.
All of those would cause rotary vane vacuum pump noise. Do you know how to solve it? For example: incorrect installation cause end cover plate are not vertical with axial chamber, when open the end cover, you can see end cover plate has half of arc, it means the rotary vane has been pushed hardly through this part and could not contact with vacuum pump chamber. For this cases, you can fix the chamber end face to make it vertical with axial chamber, and grind off the scratch then adjust the gaps between rotor, rotary bane, and adjust the flexibility of rotary spring.
