Firstly, prior to operate the vacuum glass reactor, be sure to refer to packing list and check each parts of the vacuum distillation reactor. See whether there are missing on components, whether there are damage on glassware, whether each connection joint is perfectly fit. Please handle with care since the machine are equipped with various glass components.

Secondly, don’t over twist the connections in case of seizure for long-time locking, so does the PTFE switch. And please use clean soft cloth to wipe the connections and smear vacuum grease to lubricate it.

Thirdly, clean the sealing ring timely. Take off the sealing ring and check whether there are dirt on axle, then use clean cloth to wipe it and smear vacuum grease like the second tip.

Fourthly, let the vacuum glass reactor operate from slow speed to high speed gradually, and don’t shut down power until the vacuum glass reactor comes to a full stop.

Remember to wipe clean the vacuum distillation reactor after using, and meanwhile, please keep electrical parts in dry condition.
