1.Check whether power voltage is accordance with offered specification on name plate. (make sure power source is unity, please connect wire according to wire sign when delivery, L-live wire, N-null line, D-ground wire).
2.Plug in power plug, turn on speed controller and use speed regulation rotary knob to select proper rotating speed of borosilicate glass reactor.
3.It may cause resonance sympathetic vibration at certain point of material flow and motor speed power, please change motor’s rotating speed to prevent sympathetic vibration.
4.After installing stirring bar, you need to rotate it by hand for once, please note if concentricity is okay, if not, please loosen it and re-clamp it, turn on the power after adjusting stirring bar to right place, adjust it from slow to fast.
5.If you find the sealing property is not as well as before, please check swivel bearing and oil seal in stirring fluorine, if damaged, please change it in time to make sure high vacuum degree of borosilicate glass reactor.
6.All of the glass part of borosilicate glass reactor is made from GG-17 low expansion coefficient and high-temperature resistance excellent high borosilicate glass, if customer wants to equip glass instrument such as reaction bottle by themselves, please confirm the glass material to ensure safe handling.
7.When conduct experiment under low temperature, the emptying valve at the bottom will frosting, please partly unfreeze in advance when using valve in case of damage the glass.
8.If there has particle material in solution, it may leave waste on valve’s PTFE piston when emptying, that will do harm to gas tightness when use it for next time, so please make sure to clean it after emptying.
