The Example of The Application of High and Low Temperature Cycle Device

High and low temperature cycling device is a equipment which using mechanical refrigeration to obtain a low temperature ，heating tube to obtain a high temperature.It also used no leakage shielding pump as circulating pump, with double glass reactor, jacketed stainless steel reactor and other  equipment .

For the first time, you need to put inflow and outflow of the hydraulic valves installed on the inflow and outflow of mouths（NOTE: The machine out of the top marked with the inflow and outflow of mouths, tthe valve as the cut-off valve, the valve medium flow direction, the valve with flow. The valves and the reactor combine with a hose docking, the reactor should be  lower-upper path .It’s need to guaranteed to remain  the reactor filled with liquid . Open the high and low temperature tank dosing hole,  add media to the machine, open the machine cycle switch, it can let the fluid in the circulation of the entire system (note: emptying air).Cooling medium shall meet the conditions of use (not freeze at low temperatures,no boiling under high temperature).

Setting Examples:

1, When requiring temperature to 150 ℃, the temperature control table is set to 150 ℃ open the heating switch and loop switch, the machine began to work.

2, When the material at high temperatures needed to drop in room temperature,it is need to turn off the heating open pre-cooling, at this point that can put the material down to room temperature by cooling.

3, When the material needs to below room temperature, the material need to coolig to room temperature, then put the set to the desired device, open refrigeration compressor into the working state, the machine began to cool.
