1.Open power switch but indicator light isn’t on. Maybe external power source is off or bad contact, electrician should check the power supply and socket.

2.Protective tube is short circuit. At this time, you can set the power switch to OFF and change a new protective tube.

3.Power indicator light up but the 10l glass reactor doesn’t work. It probably caused by rotation axis rusting, please stop using the 10l glass reactor and contact Henan Lanphan at [email protected]

4.Malfunction of electrical machine and cabinet maybe caused by failure of connecting seven-core plug.

5.If the vacuum suddenly appear during service, glassware has crack and switch is damaged, please check the 10l glass reactor glassware and change switch.

6.It shows that there has vacuum but vacuum can’t be pumped up. Maybe sealing ring is wear. You can try to change a new sealing ring and vacuum switch.

7.If the vacuum is unstable, maybe there are dirt on steel shaft or connector is loosing, please clean the dirt and check vacuum pump and vacuum meter.

8.Screw down the main axle timely if loosen.

9.When motor temperature is too high and high load close down the 10 liter glass reactor, you can clean the dirt between sealing ring and glass axle, then smear vacuum grease.

10.If the 10 liter glass reactor shell with electric, maybe caused by cracking heating tube.
