During the training, Liu Tao, manager of product department, explained the production process, technique structure and technical parameter of steel joints according to his years of technical experience. Zhou Erqin, from group 3 of foreign trade department, shared the peer profiles searching from the foreign websites with other colleagues and discussed how to deal with the counter-offer according to her personal experience. Liu Jingli, general manager, analyzed the market demands of foreign countries to the steel joints and the regional distribution of the demands.
This training lasted one hour. It will help the staff of foreign trade department have a good knowledge of specialty knowledge and apply what they got to practice, which will benefit the company’s business.
