How to Maintain Chair Swing Rides?

1.Regularly checking every fastener, strictly fastening them as required.

2.Check transmission rotation supporting once a week, make it fasten on board.

3.Filling lubricating oil to each connecting joint.

4.Please clean the speed reducing box at least once a half year, and change sufficiency gear oil. (For new chair swing ride, operator must change gear oil at second month)

5.Smear lubricating grease on the rotation supporting gear ring once a week.

6.Please have a complete inspection to full set of equipment every half year.

7.Take flaw detection recheck to main loaded parts and welding parts every year, such as hinge pin, draw bar, supporting arm and mounting plate.

Chair swing ride maintenance: electrical system

1.Keep control cabinet panel’s surface clean and tide, and keep inside cabinet clean and no dirt.

2.Regularly check the amphenol connector, wire and external wiring.

3.Regularly check the insulation resistance of electric rotating machinery, insulation resistance should no less than 0.4MΩ.

4.Regularly check the ground resistance of overall system, ground resistance should no more than 4Ω.

5.If sometime the chair swing ride can not start in normal voltage, please cut off the main power, wait at least 30 seconds and restart.

6.Please clean the transducer at fixed period.
