CJF-0.05 high pressure reactor is composed of autoclave body, cover, magnetic stirrer , heater, valve, charging opening, inner cooling coil, safety blasting device, pressure gage, controller and lifting device, it is the stirring chemical reaction equipment for gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, liquid-solid or gas-liquid-solid chemical materials. CJF series high pressure reactors stir all kinds of chemical materials under high temperature, high pressure and vacuum environment, so as to strength the mass transfer and heat transfer process. The main feature of high pressure reactor is use static sealing instead of motive sealing, and use magnetic coupling to connect the stirrer and motor, the non-contact torque transfer totally solved the leakage problem that caused by direct stirring, making the whole medium and stirring components completely in a fully sealed condition.
